Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has recently bought back 367,568 of its own shares, with the intention of holding them in treasury. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing share buyback programme announced earlier this year, bringing the total number of shares purchased to 47,904,803. Following this buyback, Serco Group plc has 1,055,641,163 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
