Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 338,772 of its own ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price between £1.7360 and £1.7500. The shares were bought through J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will be held in treasury. This recent purchase is part of a larger buyback programme announced on 29 February 2024, which has resulted in a total buyback of 46,906,905 shares to date.
