Serco Group plc has acquired 429,123 of its own ordinary shares for treasury purposes, as part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on February 29, 2024. The total shares purchased under the program now amount to 46,568,133. Following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in Serco stands at 1,056,977,833 ordinary shares.
