Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 398,068 Ordinary Shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with the intention to hold these in treasury. Since the start of the program, a total of 52,139,912 shares have been purchased. After this transaction, the company’s total issued share count stands at 1,051,406,054, excluding shares held in treasury.
