Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 337,240 of its own ordinary shares, all of which will be retained in treasury. This latest purchase is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on February 29, 2024, which has resulted in a total of 44,786,119 shares bought back to date. The company’s total number of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, is now 1,058,759,847 with equivalent voting rights.
