Serco Group plc has announced the purchase of 315,251 of its own ordinary shares at an average price between £1.737 and £1.757 per share, which will be held in treasury. This move is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on February 29, 2024, bringing the total number of shares purchased to date to 44,448,879. The company now holds 21,191,673 shares in treasury, with the total number of voting rights in the company standing at 1,059,097,087.
