The latest update is out from Serabi Gold ( (GB:SRB) ).

Serabi Gold has granted 458,114 Conditional Share Awards to employees, including directors, under its 2020 Restricted Share Plan as part of its annual compensation review. The awards, based on a three-year performance period, are tied to metrics such as relative total shareholder return, return on capital employed, cumulative free cash flow and ESG progress, with 289,178 awards allocated to CEO Michael Hodgson and CFO Colm Howlin.

The company is also introducing new shareholding requirements from 2026, obliging Hodgson and Howlin to build stakes of 150% and 135% of salary within five years and to retain half of net vested shares until those thresholds are met. Following this grant, total Conditional Share Awards in issue represent 2.91% of Serabi’s issued share capital, reinforcing an incentive structure closely aligned with long-term shareholder returns and operational performance.
