Serabi Gold Plc has announced the grant of 310,922 Conditional Share Awards to its employees under the 2020 Restricted Share Plan, which is aligned with performance criteria over a three-year period. These awards, which do not include company directors, are contingent upon meeting targets related to Total Shareholder Return, Return on Capital Employed, and Return on Sales. Following this award, the company now has 2,814,541 Conditional Share Awards outstanding, amounting to 3.7% of its issued share capital.
