The latest update is out from Serabi Gold ( (GB:SRB) ).

Serabi Gold reported a sharp improvement in 2025 financial performance, with revenue rising to $155.8 million on higher gold production of 44,169 ounces and a significantly stronger realised gold price. EBITDA more than doubled to $77.9 million, post-tax profit climbed to $53.9 million, and net cash rose to $42.1 million, underpinned by robust operating cash flow despite higher cash costs and all-in sustaining costs.

The company declared its first annual dividend of 5 pence per share, representing about 20% of 2025 free cash flow, and set a 2026 shareholder return policy targeting 20%–30% of free cash flow via dividends or buy-backs. Management highlighted strong liquidity, a debt-free balance sheet and continued ramp-up at the Coringa mine, supporting a production growth target to more than 55,000 ounces per year, while ongoing exploration and ESG initiatives are intended to reinforce long-term growth, risk management and stakeholder returns.
