Serabi Gold plc has announced that Finance Director Clive Line will retire at the end of December 2024, with Colm Howlin set to succeed him as CFO. Howlin, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland, has been with Serabi since 2013 and will work alongside Line during the transition. CEO Michael Hodgson commends Line’s significant contributions, notably in strengthening the company’s balance sheet to fund future development.
