SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. has announced a shift in its shareholder return policy, increasing the year-end dividend forecast for fiscal 2024 and committing to a minimum dividend payout ratio of 50% from fiscal 2025 onwards. The company’s Board of Directors plans to return ¥6.5 billion of profit to shareholders, including gains from partial subsidiary share transfers. This change reflects the company’s new management structure and strategy to invest in long-term growth while enhancing capital returns to shareholders.
