Seplat Energy PLC successfully conducted its Eleventh Annual General Meeting virtually, where all proposed resolutions were passed by unanimous shareholder votes, including the approval of the Audited Financial Statements, the declaration of a final dividend, and the re-appointment of PriceWaterhouseCoopers as auditors. New director appointments were also approved, and the remuneration for managers was disclosed, in compliance with the latest corporate governance regulations.
