Seplat Energy PLC, a prominent Nigerian energy firm dual-listed on the Nigerian and London stock exchanges, has announced the exchange rate for its 2023 final and special dividend payments in Naira. Shareholders will be paid at a rate of 1,309.88 NGN for each US dollar, as determined by the NAFEM closing rate on April 25, 2024.
