Seplat Energy Plc has announced an interim dividend of US3 cents per ordinary share, which will be paid out around August 28, 2024, to shareholders on record as of August 13, 2024. The dividend will be issued in US dollars or Naira, with the exchange rate set on August 12 and the currency choice depending on the shareholder’s certification and election. Seplat Energy has advised shareholders who have not completed e-dividend registration to do so to facilitate direct bank payments.
