Seplat Energy Plc, a prominent Nigerian energy company trading on the Nigerian and London stock exchanges, has declared an interim dividend of US3 cents per ordinary share, payable on June 14, 2024, to shareholders registered by May 31, 2024. The dividend will be disbursed in either Naira or US Dollars, depending on the shareholder’s registration details and currency preferences. Shareholders are encouraged to complete e-dividend registration forms to facilitate direct bank payments of their dividends.
