SenseTime Group Schedules Key 2024 Shareholder Meeting

SenseTime Group, Inc. Class B (HK:0020) has released an update.

SenseTime Group Inc. announces its annual general meeting to be held on June 26, 2024, in Shanghai, where shareholders will address key corporate matters including the election and re-election of directors and approval of financial statements. Shareholders will also consider granting the Board authority to purchase up to 10% of the Company’s issued shares and to allot and deal with Class B shares, subject to certain conditions detailed in the notice.
