SenseTime Group Inc. has announced the transfer of Class B shares from SenseTalent to four of its directors as part of their pre-IPO employee incentive scheme, with no change in their beneficial interests. Despite the transfer, the shares remain subject to previously disclosed voluntary lock-up undertakings. The directors have complied with these undertakings, with no shares disposed since the company’s listing.
