SenSen Networks Limited has announced an addendum to its Notice of Annual General Meeting, including a new resolution to appoint Hall Chadwick as the company’s auditor. The meeting, initially scheduled for an earlier date, has been postponed to November 19, 2024, and will be held both in-person and virtually. Shareholders are advised to submit a replacement proxy form to vote on the added resolution.
