SenSen Networks Director Increases Shareholding

SenSen Networks Ltd. (AU:SNS) has released an update.

SenSen Networks Limited has issued a notice regarding a change in Director Subhash Challa’s interest in the company, revealing that as of 3 July 2024, Challa has acquired an additional 266,666 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through a Salary Sacrifice Plan. This plan involved Challa agreeing to receive 20% of his salary in company shares instead of cash, bringing his direct shareholding to 34,910,406 shares, with no disposals reported.
