As of June 11, 2024, Challa has increased his direct shareholding by 271,002 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, opting to receive 20% of his salary in stock instead of cash. No disposal of shares has been reported, leaving Challa with a direct interest in 34,643,740 shares and various indirect interests.
