Sensata Exec Resigns, Shareholders Support Company Direction

Sensata (ST) just unveiled an update.

Jennifer L. Slater, Sensata Technologies’ EVP of the Performance Sensing Vehicles Business Unit, will resign on June 28, 2024, to seek new opportunities, without any disputes over company operations. At the recent General Meeting, with robust shareholder turnout, all director nominees were elected, executive compensation was approved, and Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the public accounting firm for 2024. Additionally, resolutions related to share repurchases, equity security issuances, and equity incentive plans were approved, signaling shareholder confidence in the company’s governance and strategic financial decisions.
