Sensata (ST) has provided an update.
Sensata Technologies Holding plc has expanded its Board of Directors to 11 members with the addition of Phillip Eyler, effective July 1, 2024. Eyler will contribute his expertise to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the CEO Search Committee. His appointment is free of any conflicts of interest or pre-existing arrangements. He will be compensated in line with the company’s policy for non-employee directors, prorated up to the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
