Sensata Technologies Holding plc has appointed Richard Siedel as their new principal accounting officer. Siedel, who has a robust background in financial leadership roles, including significant experience with RMR Group and as an auditor at Ernst & Young, will assume his position immediately. His predecessor, Brian Roberts, will continue as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer without a change in compensation. Importantly, Siedel’s appointment comes with no employment agreement and he has not entered into any arrangements that could pose a conflict of interest.
