Senior plc Grants Share Award to Strategy EVP

Senior plc (GB:SNR) has released an update.

Senior plc’s Executive Vice President Strategy, Nigel Major, has been awarded a conditional grant to acquire 50,000 company shares, as part of a long-term incentive plan designed to offset the loss of benefits from his former employer. These shares, which are part of the 2024 LTIP Award, are set to vest in March 2026, subject to certain performance conditions that align with those of the previous year’s executive grants. No new shares will be issued for this; instead, shares from the employee benefit trust will be utilized.
