Senior plc (GB:SNR) has released an update.
Senior PLC has announced that two of its key management personnel, Launie Fleming and Amy Legenza, have exercised their options and sold the resulting shares at a price of 163.51p per share on the London Stock Exchange. These transactions were part of the company’s 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan and both individuals are identified as US citizens.
