Sendero Resources Closes First Tranche of Private Placement

Sendero Resources Corp. (TSE:SEND) has released an update.

Sendero Resources Corp. has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $97,800 from the issuance of 815,000 units. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, exercisable at $0.16 until 2029. The funds will be used for mineral exploration in Argentina and administrative expenses.
