Sendas Distribuidora S.A. has announced the optional early redemption of its 2nd series of the 2nd issue of Promissory Notes, set to take place on October 11th, 2024. Investors holding these notes will receive a redemption value that includes the nominal unit value, pro-rated interest, and an early redemption premium. The redemption process will be executed through B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão or directly into holders’ checking accounts for notes not held in electronic custody.
