Sendas Distribuidora S.A., a Brazilian publicly-held company, has announced an optional early redemption of its debentures, specifically the entire first series of its second issuance, set to take place on October 11th, 2024. The redemption will include the balance of the nominal unit value plus incurred remuneration and an early redemption premium. This financial maneuver is expected to be completed through B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão for electronically held debentures and directly to debenture holders’ accounts for others.
