Semilux International ( (SELX) ) has provided an announcement.
Semilux International Ltd., a Taiwan-based foreign private issuer listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker “SELX,” operates through its ordinary shares on U.S. capital markets, using Nasdaq as its primary listing venue.
In a filing dated January 6, 2026, Semilux disclosed that it received a notice from Nasdaq on December 31, 2025, stating that its market value of listed securities fell below the $35 million minimum required for continued listing between November 13 and December 30, 2025. The company has until June 29, 2026 to restore its market value to at least $35 million for ten consecutive trading days or risk potential delisting from Nasdaq, a scenario that could affect shareholder liquidity and market visibility. Semilux says it will closely monitor its market value and pursue reasonable measures to regain compliance, while cautioning that there is no assurance it will succeed or that any appeal of a delisting decision would be successful.
