Sembcorp Industries’ subsidiary, Sembcorp Cogen, has agreed to a US$50.9 million settlement with OK Lim and family, related to previous legal proceedings concerning claims for gasoil and alleged conspiracy. The settlement, which awaits court approval and will be lodged with the Lim family’s bankruptcy trustees, is not expected to significantly affect the company’s financials for the year.
