Select Harvests has announced a capital raising initiative through a 1 for 9.2 pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and an institutional placement of new shares, aiming to engage both retail and institutional investors. The offer, which is fully underwritten by Bell Potter Securities and Barrenjoey Markets, does not constitute an offer in the U.S. or to anyone where it would be illegal.
