Select Harvests Launches A$80 Million Capital Raise

Select Harvests (AU:SHV) has released an update.

Select Harvests Limited has announced a significant capital raising effort through a pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and an institutional placement, aiming to gather a total of A$80 million. This capital injection is designated for repaying debt, enhancing processing capacity, and covering transaction costs. Eligible shareholders have the opportunity to purchase 1 new share at A$3.80 for every 9.2 shares they hold, but the offer is not extended to U.S. shareholders or those outside Australia and New Zealand, with few exceptions.
