Select Harvests Launches A$50M Capital Raise

Select Harvests (AU:SHV) has released an update.

Select Harvests Limited is set to bolster its capital by up to A$50 million through a 1 for 9.2 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, pricing new shares at A$3.80 each. Shareholders have a limited window from September 26 to October 10, 2024, to decide on participating, as detailed in the essential Retail Offer Booklet. The offer is exclusive to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, with no distribution to U.S. entities or other international jurisdictions.
