Select Harvests (AU:SHV) has released an update.

Select Harvests Limited has announced that director Travis Dillon has increased his indirect ownership in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 14,925 fully paid ordinary shares at an average price of $3.3407 per share. As a result, Dillon now indirectly holds a total of 35,025 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
