Select Harvests has announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director David Surveyor, who informed the board he will step down after serving since early 2023. The company will commence a search for his successor, with Surveyor to remain for a six‑month notice period to support an orderly leadership transition.

During Surveyor’s tenure, Select Harvests executed a significant operational and financial turnaround, moving from a substantial loss in FY23 to a NPAT of $31.8 million in FY25. The period also saw notable gains in safety metrics, employee engagement and efficiency across horticulture, processing and sales, as well as recognition as Regional Exporter of the Year, leaving a strengthened executive team and operational platform for future growth.
