At the Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2024, SEEC Media Group Limited announced unanimous approval for all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, authorization to fix directors’ remuneration, and the appointment of the auditor. Shareholders granted general mandates to the board for the issuance and repurchase of shares, and all directors except for four attended the meeting.
