Secura Group Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced significant changes in its board and board committees following its annual general meeting. Three long-serving independent directors, Dr. Ho Tat Kin, Mr. Ong Pang Liang, and Mr. Gary Ho Kuat Foong, have retired, and the Nominating and Remuneration Committees have been merged to improve efficiency. Mr. Khojama Kalimuddin has been appointed as the Chairman of both the Board and the newly formed Nominating and Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Goh Yi Shun, Joshua, takes over as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
