SECOS Director’s Shareholdings Rebalanced

SECOS Group Ltd (AU:SES) has released an update.

SECOS Group Limited has notified the ASX of a change in Director Mr. Jim Walsh’s interests, with an off-market transfer resulting in a different allocation of ordinary shares between his personal and super fund accounts, though without a change in beneficial ownership. No new securities were acquired or disposed of in the process, maintaining Walsh’s total number of unlisted options.
