Seatrium Limited has announced the impending departure of Mr. Lai Chung Han from its Board of Directors, effective June 30, 2024. His resignation comes ahead of his new role as Permanent Secretary (Development) at the Ministry of Finance, leaving the board with nine members, seven of whom are independent.
