An update from Longboat Energy Plc ( (GB:SEA) ) is now available.

Seascape Energy Asia has completed an oversubscribed WRAP Retail Offer at 70 pence per share, raising about £840,000 and prompting the issue of 1.2 million new ordinary shares. Together with an earlier placing and subscription of 6 million shares, the company has secured total gross proceeds of approximately £5 million.

The new shares from the placing, subscription and retail offer are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM around 30 March 2026, lifting Seascape’s issued share capital to 70,339,111 ordinary shares. The enlarged capital base strengthens the company’s funding position, while the strong retail demand underscores investor interest in its Southeast Asian E&P strategy and will affect shareholder voting dynamics under UK disclosure rules.
