At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, Search Minerals Inc. shareholders elected a new board of directors, with Joseph Lanzon, Rohan Hazelton, and Diane Poole securing their positions. The meeting saw a strong turnout with 57.24% of common shares represented, and decisive votes in favor of the new directors and the fixing of the board size to three members. The company now aims to update its financial reporting and resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
