Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited has issued 31 million new ordinary shares at £0.0001 each, amounting to a cash consideration of £46,500. These shares will rank equally with the existing shares and will be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange. Post-issue, the company’s issued share capital will total 755,905,989 ordinary shares.
