The key dates for shareholders include May 6, 2024, as both the record date for meeting notifications and for determining beneficial ownership for voting purposes. The company has confirmed that it will handle the delivery of proxy-related materials directly to non-objecting beneficial owners (NOBOs) and will cover the costs for delivering to objecting beneficial owners (OBOs).
