Seabridge Gold has secured a 20-year renewal of its License of Occupation for the Mitchell Treaty Tunnels at the KSM Project, ensuring the construction and operation of the vital 23 km long tunnels. The renewal eliminates previous wording that subordinated the company’s rights, affirming the project’s priority over other uses in the area. The company continues to seek collaboration with adjacent project holders for mutual benefit.
