At SEA Holdings Limited’s 2024 Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of new share option and award schemes, and the termination of previous ones. Changes to the board were also announced, with Mr. Chung Pui Lam retiring as an Independent Non-executive Director and from his committee roles, while Ms. Patricia Chan joined as an INED and committee member.
