SDX Energy PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with shareholders passing the majority of resolutions, including the re-election of directors and appointment of auditors. One resolution regarding the statutory pre-emption rights was withdrawn before the meeting, while another to authorize the company to allot shares met with mixed results.
