SDI Group Chair Ups Stake with New Share Purchase

SDI Group (GB:SDI) has released an update.

Ken Ford, the Non-Executive Chair of SDI Group PLC, a company known for its lab equipment and industrial products, has significantly increased his stake by purchasing an additional 100,000 shares. This transaction brings Ford’s total ownership to 1,005,217 shares, accounting for nearly 1% of the company’s issued share capital.
