SDI Group PLC, an AIM-quoted company specializing in lab equipment and industrial products, has announced the grant of share option awards to its Executive Directors. The awards include a deferred bonus with no performance conditions and a Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) award with specific growth and shareholder return targets. Both types of awards have an exercise price of 1 pence per share, with vesting set for September 2027.
