SCWorx Corp (WORX) just unveiled an update.
SCWorx and American Environmental have mutually agreed to cancel their planned merger, initially set out in December 2023. The anticipated consolidation, which had been previously disclosed to investors, will no longer go ahead. Both companies will maintain their independence and continue operating as separate entities.
