Scryb Inc. has announced a private placement to raise $1 million through the sale of 40 million units at $0.025 each. Each unit includes a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the acquisition of an additional share at $0.05 within 18 months. The funds raised will support the company’s working capital and general corporate activities.
